The Israeli Center for Research on Dutch Jewry published a CD on which this tune appears.

Raymond Goldstein wrote in the CD booklet: "Though we may presume that niggun was part of the Ashkenazic tradition, there is more than just a hint of the Spanish-Portuguese influence in its lilting melody."

Incidentally, it's interesting to note that in Amsterdam the final Kaddish-Titkabal of Ne'ilah is traditionally sung to the tune of the Kaddish of Sukkot, the reason being that one of the first mitsvot after Yom Kippur is to build a Sukkah.
